Your Initial Visit

Starting with your initial visit to any of our model homes you will experience an integrated “team approach” that sets Scott Patrick Homes apart from the norm. Many of our sales, design, construction and subcontracting team have been with the Scott Patrick Family of Homes for well over a decade, bringing you a higher level of service and quality you can count on.

Whether you're thinking a semi-custom home as in our Limited Series floor plans or a total custom design as in our Custom Gold Series, our experienced new home specialists will guide you in exploring your housing needs and desires to choosing the right building site given your prerequisites.

Our sales specialists will also share the variety of elements that go into each home from our “LIMITED SERIES” to our “CUSTOM GOLD” amenities to our construction specifics to make certain you are aware of all the items that will be part of your new Scott Patrick Home.

Customizing Your Home

You'll then meet with our interior designer who will assist you in selecting your interior finishes including flooring and additional hard surface choices, cabinetry styles, plumbing fixtures and faucets, and all the special details that truly customize your home. If you choose to upgrade amenities above the “LIMITED SERIES” or “CUSTOM GOLD” features included in every Scott Patrick Home, an additional deposit covering the cost of these items will be needed at this time, with the remaining down payment deposit required at close of escrow.

Moving Forward to Construction

Once you have accepted and approved your new home floor plan, house elevation and price, it will be time to draw up a purchase agreement, clearly restating everything you desire and have agreed to. It's at this time that Scott Patrick Homes receives a 10% down payment deposit to begin your new home.

Celebrate Groundbreaking

Simultaneously to this selection process, we will get together at your building site for a groundbreaking celebration to commemorate the occasion. It's here that you will meet your superintendent who will personally supervise the construction of your home. It's with your superintendent that you will discuss any changes to your home.
