Sky View Homes Overview

Conceived to offer buyers an alternative in the marketplace, Sky View Homes offers “Light, Bright & Open” semi-custom homes with pre-selected floor plans incorporating “value driven” choices. Sky View strives to stay ahead of the market by introducing new products and styles while incorporating energy efficient materials and practices.

We meet with our clients to choose the special elements that personalize their home specifically for them. Buyers choose everything from faucets to flooring, countertops to toilets, heating systems to landscaping and more. Sky View Homes offers our buyers many of the design features of a Scott Patrick custom home at a more affordable price.

Since the early 2000s, Sky View Homes has completed Desert Ridge Trails, The Estates at Desert Ridge and is now completing Phase 1 of Andalucia, while building new homes in Phase 3, as well as both Vista Manzano and Sierra Vista in Mariposa, a master planned community in northern Rio Rancho. Our communities offer a variety of different lot sizes to fit a variety of product lines including both contemporary, southwestern pueblo style homes as well as elevations that include pitched tile elevations.
